Terms of use
These terms summarize the responsibilities for using Advanced Underwriters during public free workspace and Professional access. They are not a substitute for a separately negotiated enterprise agreement.
Authorized broker use
You may upload broker source documents only when you are authorized to use those files for the account, renewal, or analysis you are preparing. You are responsible for confirming that the uploaded information may be processed in Advanced Underwriters.
Free workspace source-upload allowance
A Free workspace includes 10 lifetime broker source uploads. Deleted source files still count toward the lifetime allowance. Existing analyses and deliverables remain available after the allowance is reached, but new broker source uploads require Professional access.
Outputs require broker review
Advanced Underwriters produces source-backed analysis, comparisons, and deliverables for broker review. You remain responsible for reviewing source terms, assumptions, recommendations, and any generated Excel, PowerPoint, or application outputs before sharing them externally.
Default file handling
In the default Verified Source Review path, raw uploaded source documents are not sent to external AI providers. Sensitive uploaded source documents are retained for up to 30 days during public free workspace use unless a workspace owner asks us to delete them sooner or a separate agreement says otherwise.
No unsupported security or compliance commitments
Advanced Underwriters does not make formal security-attestation, regulated health-data, dedicated-hosting, browser-to-recipient encryption, actuarial signoff, or isolated-model commitments unless those commitments appear in a signed agreement or a published product notice.

For support, account questions, or deletion requests, contact [email protected]. We will use that channel to coordinate workspace, source-file, or account deletion requests.
