How does annual billing work?
Professional is $15,000 per year when billed annually, which is equivalent to two months free compared with the $1,500 monthly plan.
Who can start checkout?
Checkout starts only from an authenticated workspace admin. Public pricing links create the right sign-in intent, but they do not start unauthenticated Stripe checkout.
Can we cancel or change billing?
Active subscriptions use the billing management flow available to workspace admins. Enterprise requests are handled through sales support.
How are uploaded documents handled?
Broker documents are protected by TLS in transit, Convex-managed AES-256 at rest, signed storage URLs, organization role checks, audit logs, and 30-day sensitive-data retention. Raw source documents are not sent to external AI providers.
